Design of a Wooden Toy
Partner: Juanjo Sanclemente
Tutor: J. Marqués & J. Pamies
KLEE is a game of geometric pieces that allows children to explore the different possibilities of joining them to create shapes. The aim of the project was to create a game with BAUHAUS inspiration.
With the 13 pieces in the game, children can create shapes and explore the different ways to assemble the pieces. Thanks to the innovative system of rails and connections, the possibilities are almost endless. The geometry of the pieces limits the way they are joined together, and the process of investigating this connections encourages children's creativity.

A COMPACT DESIGN
The modular design of the pieces allows the set to be transported in a compact way by linking them all together.
BOTH IN WOOD & 3D PRINTED
The wooden version of KLEE uses the primary colours in the connecting parts between geometries. On the other hand, a fully 3D printed version of the game was designed as the final product, with the intention of being used as a blank canvas on which each child can draw his or her own creative universe.
